Quickie Update

Anniversary:  Kicked much ass.  Technically our wedding anniversary is tomorrow, but why be picky?  I am thinking about doing up a big breakfast tomorrow, complete with mimosas.  JUST BECAUSE.

The Voicemail:  Tora says he knows how to convert it to an mp3.  WATCH THIS SPACE.

Misc:

  • Had possibly the best manicure of my life Friday.  My hands look awesome.  (Dear OPI, Your colors are teh sex.  Love, Me.)
  • Got a haircut, whee!  It's still long, but now it's, like, long and sexy.  <3
  • WE NOW HAVE A GRILL.  You don't understand how awesome this is.  Mom got us patio furniture for our anniversary, so we now have, like... a PROPER BACK PATIO.  It's awesome.
  • Oh. Em. Gee. WANT WANT WANT WANT WANT.
  • Also one year since we stopped speaking to Tora's parents.  One very drama-and-stress-free year.

*blinks* Hey, it has been drama free on your end! *cheers!*

Happy anniversary! ^_^

It has! I mean, there's been silly mini-dramas here and there, and I shouldn't say it's completely been stress-free, because Bronte's health has been a HUGE SOURCE OF STRESS, but the holidays? Totally drama-free.

Awe...Happy Anniversary, dearest! *hugs and love all over you*

Yay for awesome manicures, haircuts, grills, and having drama-and-stress-free year! *snuggles you*

*snugs and loves back*

The manicure was at this posh day-spa (and cost a little more than at my regular place, but I couldn't get an appointment there, and my hands looked like hell, SO POSH DAY-SPA IT IS). I'm curious to see if the polish lasts longer on a $35 manicure than on an $18 one. I do know that at no point did I wince when she pushed back my cuticles, so that's something. They have these huge chairs there, with attached footbaths (for pedicures), and for some reason the manicurist thought I was in for a pedicure, and was like, "Okay, take a seat!" So then I was like, "Um, manicure only?" And she was all, "...Well, the water's going anyway. Let's not waste it!" So I got a manicure while soaking me footies. So. Awesome.

I want Crowley and Az, just because I'm anal like that, but I can't justify spending $50 on perfume. SO I MIGHT JUST GET CROWLEY. Which, by the way, sounds like it'd smell AWESOME even though there's no apple in it :D

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY.

Also those perfumes are CRUEL. C-Crowley, Aziraphale, come to meeeee.

[identity profile] w0rdinista.livejournal.com 2007-07-01 11:50 am (UTC)(link)
If I had to pick ONE, I'd pick Crowley, because omg mahogany and lilac and musk and omg. But I want both of them. Because. Because I just do.

Y-yeah, I know what you mean. I'd get Aziraphale because I trust it smells like books. And. Nnng.

Also one year since we stopped speaking to Tora's parents. One very drama-and-stress-free year.

I noticed the same thing when I stopped talking to my parents.

Bottled Aziraphale? *whimpers in pleasure-pain* Right. Now that I know what I'll be saving for...

Glad you had a good anniversary, and yes, OPI colors=Sex, Love, and Music with Rocks In.
