I did crawl back into bed and got a little more sleep -- it wasn't a lot, really, but it was enough, and my urge to maim is back down to its normal levels. :)
Aaaaand I ended up not taking D to the pond party, because the people that go there are way to fucking chipper in the morning, and I? Was so not in a place to contend with chipper morning people. But he'll get his exercise one way or another today. I've been taking him over to swim in mom's pool, which is so, so entertaining to watch.
