Hmm. We don't have either of those down here, so I can't really say whether it'd be like one or the other. Loose teas, bagged teas, tea accoutrements, and gourmet provisions (hard to find spices and the like). I want an area where people can kick back and drink their tea, too.

And I figure this is as good a way as any to use the business education I'm getting. ;)
