I worked in a nursing home for years, so I know that nurses have pretty thick skin. caregivers understand that the person is sick and quite likely not themselves when they start cursing. I myself, knowing this, cursed at a nurse when she massaged my uterus after my son was born. It hurt like hell and the words just flew out. She thought nothing of it and I'm sure your grandfather's nurse didn't. Unless she had it coming. Did she?
