Congrats on the new car!! I've had very good luck with Hondas...I had a Civic that ran for 12 years and 144,000 miles with just routine maintentance.

It only broke down on me once, and that was when the alternator died at 143,000 miles. I drove that car until it was broad-sided by a Chrysler New Yorker and I decided to upgrade to something a little less low-slung.

Yay, new-car smell! Intoxicating, isn't it?
