Well, child porn vs. yaoi seems to me to be comparing apples and oranges. The problem with the former, as I see it, has as much to do with brutality as anything else. Yaoi is... well, consensual (except for when it's not -- now if certain yaoi manga fall under the rubric of "child porn" with rape and brutality, etc., etc., then there'll be bleedover).
