Yaaaay!

Bronte had a vet appointment this morning, and her PCV value is up to 13% (from 8% at her last appointment two weeks ago).  Dr. Young wants to keep her on the meds (same dosage, same everything) for another three weeks.  He said he'd also like to see her put on a little weight, so I'm off to Petsmart today to get some kibble for her (they're out) and some high-calorie nutritional supplement.  Dr. Young said he'd normally recommend putting the cat on kitten food during a period like this, but Kisa is already bulking up, we don't need her turning into a total lard-butt.

Darwin continues to be Bronte's protector.  It's socute.

My horoscope said I'd be angry today, but so far, that's totally NOT working out to be the case!

I'm so glad to hear that Bronte's getting better. We'll keep good thoughts that she'll continue to improve.

Yaaaaay! *hugs*

I wonder if this is just going to be something chronic Brontesaurus has to live with? But at least she responds well to the meds.

Yay, Bronte!

Well, they did say that it was possible that it'd be something she'd just have to live with. I'm okay with that. In fact, I've come to be quite the pill-ninja in my house.

It is difficult to give cats pills. They fight more than babies but don't throw up nearly as often.

I have ancient secret methods.
