Aslo, I tried this and I will not be posting the results. I don't know how they determine what goes into the collage, but *whistles soflty* talk about your multitude of perverted images.
It's based on the tags used to identify the images. If you click on the offensive ones, there should be other, less X-rated ones there as well. It took me a bit of doing (I have a huge interests list) but I managed to get mine entirely PG-rated.
I don't understand the tags so I never use them. They had things on mine that I have absolutely no interest in. Like, horses. I mean, I hate horses. Why would they put it in my collage? I figured it has something to do with my lj entries. I do have a tendency to talk about sex quite a bit.
It's not based off of LJ tags, it is based off of the interests listed in your profile. It matches those interests to identifying tags on Yahoo image search. So, for example, if you have Inuyasha as an interest, these images would come up. The script allows you to choose from the first ten images returned by clicking on them to cycle through one at a time.
The reason so many images that don't seem related to your interests come up is because the person posting them uses identifying tags that correspond to what is on your list even if the connection doesn't seem obvious to you or me. The reason so many of those are smutty pictures is because of the tendency of porn sites to use image tags that have nothing to do with their site content to draw search engines and up their hit count.
