Hmm. I'm not sure if it'll be much like either of them, but I am planning on having a very small selection of goodies to start off with, and maybe adding to that over time. Like starting off with scones and tea-cake, and if those work out, then expanding that selection. There's a Panera Bread in the same complex, though, so I'm not sure about the baked goods part.
