I guarantee not. When you're buying the cheapest discount tickets there are, they tend to not be overly accommodating.
As for moving back to DC, we're square in Hanna's path at this point. Nobody's talking about a repeat of the outages we had after Isobel yet, but if the path wobbles a bit more in our direction, I'm betting we will.
Still, one of these storms every 5 years or so is a big step in the right direction.
