I use my breadmaker a LOT less now that I have a kitchenaid (got it a couple of years ago for Christmas and loooooove it)
My biggest problem with making bread is the water temperature -- I tend to screw that up, and then things don't rise as they ought to. But that's just a matter of practice, I know.
