A little creative editing? You're going to have to rewrite it. And he didn't do the analysis he was supposed to do! The thing I see here is that he probably knows it wasn't the right way to do it, and doesn't feel like he should care because the other group members will cover for him and he'll still get a good grade on it.
No time like the present to show him that's not the way things work. Do the editing, and email your professor. There's no reason the professor can't adjust Lazy's grade.
