An Evening with Bunneh and Tora

SCENE:  [BUNNEH and TORA-KUN are in the living room, armed with dinner (pizza) and watching The Simpsons]

FX: [an odd, electronic thumping noise comes from another room]  Buhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduhduh!!

BUNNEH:  [Looks at TORA-KUN, confused.]

TORA-KUN:  [Looks at BUNNEH, equally confused.  Several moments pass in this fashion.  The noise eventually stops.]

Pause.

TORA-KUN (yelling):  Bronte!  Get your fat ass off the keyboard!

BRONTE:  [From office.]  Mew?

LOL -- no, she was lying on the keyboard, and the cursor was trying to tell her it couldn't/wouldn't do whatever she was "telling" it to do. You know that "sorry, no can do!" chime you sometimes get? And if you keep pressing on the same key, you get that same noise in rapid succession?

Yeah. She was lying on it.

She sleeps on the computer? You've got it easy. My own fat little piggy is purring busily on my left. I had to take her to the vet some weeks ago...


VET: It seems to be healing nicely.

ME: (to furry lardball) You hear that? It is good that you're not infected because you are destined to die in a crunchy squeak.

VET: ! ! !

ME: (to vet) For sleeping in front of the garbage truck.

VET: Oh.

LOL! I'm glad you like it. My favorite colors are blue and green, and since I'd had a green set-up before, it's kind of nice to have something different.

And I agree! Sesshoumaru and Shigure are two of my favorite Dogs! (Darwin is at the top and rounds out the top three, of course!)
