A much happier post.

Despite the family bullshit, things are slowly coming together.

Wedding cake:  Paid
Caterer:  Called her, waiting on return call to put down deposit
Rings:  Arriving Wednesday
License:  Done
Clothes for Saturday:  Done
Centerpieces:  Not done yet, but I have the supplies!
Decorations:  I FOUND SOME!!!
Haircut:  Done and Done (both of us are far less scraggly now)

My tasks this week include fixing up the guest room and working on the centerpieces.  I need to make a list -- another list.

I also got my white-girl moustache waxed, so I'm feeling EXTRA pretty today!! XD

I'm 1/2 Italian, 3/8 Irish, 1/16 Polish and 1/16 Austrian but for some reason the Irish part takes the fore in content and the Italian in stamina.

That means that I can pun and verbalsnipe with great accuracy at great volume without ever stopping to breathe! AHHAAHAHHAHAHAHAAHAA!!

But I find that creme bleach works well. Also, have you considered threading? I have my eyebrows done that way. It's fantastic.

Heh. I knew it was you, even though you were anonymous. You've mentioned the threading before. I've never seen it offered around here, though. What's the process like?

No biggie. I go to the eyebrow shop, I sit in the chair and a woman with a slightly adhesive cotton thread rips out the hairs on my face. Costs $7 in NYC.

However, although I've heard of a few shops in Hoboken, I have never been able to find a place that does threading outside the city.
